Purchase Requisition

A Purchase Requisition is about creating a invoice for the purchasing orders that needs to get authorize from their departments to acquire a purchase. This purchase requisition can able to create by every person in the department of the company on the base of roles and permission.The Invoice will be verified and approved by their supervisor, purchase department and finance department along with the company directors & ceo.

Once everything is authorized they can start the purchase. There is much difference between in the purrchase requisition and the purchase order. The order from the internal department are described as purchase requisition, An order from external document of the purchase requisition that is described as purchase order. If Budget goes beyond their invoice they needs to request for reallocation.Reallocation request also needs an authorization from their supervisor, purchase department, finance department and company directors.
